Please note:
Only the primary talent manager assigned in Foam can edit payment details on behalf of Talent.
How to Edit Payment Information
1. Log in to your Talent Manager account.
2. Navigate to the Talent tab and click on the talent profile you would like to update payment details for.
3. Navigate to the Payments tab:
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Edit" in the bottom right corner.
5. Edit the needed details in step 1 and step 2
6. After Step 2, you’ll be prompted to complete 2-step verification.
If the phone number currently on the account does not belong to the creator or your agency, please contact hello@foam.io so we can reset the number.
7. Complete step 3 and step 4, and that's it! You should see a confirmation message on your screen:
Note: Depending on the changes you make, you may be prompted to complete a compliance review through our payment vendor, Tipalti. This review helps protect sensitive payment information and prevent fraud.
