Here is an added explanation to the Resident Configuration section of your Building Information

Owner needs approval when registering in the app:
When this box is checked, owners will need to be approved by one of your administrators before being able to enter Walter Resident


Family members need approval when registering on the app:
When this box is checked, family members will need to be approved by one of your administrators before being able to enter Walter Resident


Tenants need approval when registering in the app:
When this box is checked, residents will need to be approved by one of your administrators before being able to enter Walter Resident


Residents can create tasks
When this box is checked, it will allow your residents to directly request and create a task for you


Resident can edit their first name, last name, email and phone number
When these boxes are checked, it will allow your residents to edit their own profile and change their information
