If your work area exceeds the maximum size limit for a single request, or your project has multiple dig locations in the same general area, you can take advantage of the Continue Ticket function.
The Continue Ticket button is only available while viewing a ticket you have already submitted. Clicking Action and then Continue Ticket will create a new Ticket with the same details as the last request, and the previously drawn map will be shown in grey.
Once you see your previous work area, you can now create a new polygon for your additional work area(s). The new polygon you create does not need to be adjacent to the previous polygon and can be drawn wherever needed.
Once you have highlighted your additional work area click the Next button and Step 3: Confirm your dig site will become available and you can enter the new (or continuing) work area and description.
After Step 3: Confirm dig site and Step 4: Remarks has been completed you can then submit the ticket, and use the Continue Ticket function again as necessary.
