BYDP has identified an issue with the Job Start Date field when requesting a locate on Apple devices or using the Safari browser. If you will be requesting a locate on an Apple device, or through the Safari browser, please follow the below instructions.
Complete all required fields in the Ticket Details section, except the Job Start Date field.
Go to the Job Start Date field and manually type the date you plan on starting work into this field. Use format YYYYMMDD
*Note – Regular and Project tickets require a minimum of 3 full business days’ notice. Large Project tickets require a minimum of 5 full business days’ notice. Your start date must be after the minimum notice period.
Click Next to proceed to the Dig Site Location page.
