The short answer

You request a payout from your UZO dashboard. Once you are on a funded account and have met your product's payout eligibility conditions, open the payout section, choose bank transfer or crypto, confirm your details, and submit. Approval is typically under one hour, with funds clearing within about twelve hours.

This article walks you through the whole flow: what to check before you click, and what to do if something does not look right.

Before you request: the checklist

A few things need to be true before a payout request will go through cleanly. Run this list first so nothing bounces back.

  • You have passed your evaluation and are trading on a funded account, not an evaluation account.

  • You have met the payout eligibility conditions for your specific product. These differ by product, so check what your dashboard shows for your account.

  • Your account balance meets the minimum payout amount. The exact threshold is shown on your dashboard.

  • You have completed KYC identity verification via Veriff, or you are ready to. KYC is required before your first payout is released. It is never required to start trading.

  • You know which payout method you want (bank transfer or crypto) and have the correct account or wallet details ready.

Some products carry a minimum number of trading days or holding conditions before a first request can be made. If a condition still applies to your account, your dashboard will tell you what is outstanding.

Step by step in the dashboard

Payouts are handled entirely from your UZO dashboard. There is no separate form to email and no manual back-and-forth to start the process.

  1. Log in to your dashboard and open the funded account you want to withdraw from.

  2. Go to the Payouts section.

  3. Confirm your eligible amount. The dashboard shows how much is available to request right now.

  4. Choose your payout method: bank transfer or crypto.

  5. Enter or confirm your payout details (bank account or crypto wallet).

  6. Review everything, then submit the request.

  7. If you have not completed KYC yet, you will be prompted to verify with Veriff before your payout is released.

Once submitted, your request moves into review automatically. You do not need to do anything else to push it forward.

Choosing bank or crypto

UZO pays out by bank transfer or crypto. Both are valid choices; the right one depends on what is convenient and fast for you.

Method

What you provide

Good to know

Bank transfer

Your bank account details

Make sure the name on the account matches your verified identity.

Crypto

Your wallet address

Double-check the address and network before submitting. Transfers cannot be reversed.

Whichever you pick, confirm the details carefully. Most delays come from a mismatched name or an incorrect wallet address, not from the review itself.

What happens after you submit

After you submit, your request is reviewed and then paid. The typical timeline is fast and predictable.

  • Approval: typically under one hour.

  • Clearing: within about twelve hours after approval.

You keep 90%

UZO splits rewards 90% to you and 10% to the firm, fixed at every account size. And your evaluation fee is refunded on your first reward payout.

You can track the status of your request in the dashboard from submission through to clearing, so you always know where it stands.

If something looks wrong

If your request is held longer than expected, or the dashboard says you are not yet eligible, work through these checks before reaching out.

  • Confirm you are on a funded account and have met your product's eligibility conditions. The dashboard shows anything still outstanding.

  • Make sure your KYC verification with Veriff is complete. A first payout cannot release until identity is verified.

  • Re-check your payout details for a mismatched name or an incorrect wallet address or network.

  • Confirm your available amount meets the minimum payout threshold shown on your dashboard.

If everything checks out and your payout still looks stuck, contact us at support@uzo.com and we will look into it.
