Where can I find my invoice or receipt?

Every UZO purchase is confirmed by email, and a formal invoice is one message away.

The short answer

After a successful payment, UZO emails you a purchase confirmation that serves as your receipt. If you need a formal invoice with specific business or tax details, email support@uzo.com and we will issue one.

Whether you bought a One Step, Two Step, Instant, Instant Pro, or Instant 24h account, the proof of purchase works the same way. Here is where to find it, and how to get a formal invoice when you need more than the standard confirmation.

Where your receipt is sent

As soon as your payment clears, we send a purchase confirmation to the email address you used at checkout. This email is your receipt. It records what you bought and confirms the transaction completed.

If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and confirm you typed the right email at checkout. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will resend it.

Finding it in your dashboard

Your account dashboard is the home for your purchase details. Sign in and look under your account or billing area to review your order. Whether invoices download directly from the dashboard as self-serve files is being finalized, so for now the surest route to a document you can keep is your email confirmation, with a formal invoice available on request.

If you cannot locate your confirmation or cannot sign in, our support team can pull up your order and reissue the records you need.

Requesting a formal invoice

Some buyers need a structured invoice for taxes, accounting, or employer reimbursement, not just an email receipt. We are happy to provide one.

Email support@uzo.com with the following so we can match your order and prepare the document quickly:

  • The email address you used at checkout

  • The product and account size you purchased

  • Any business name, address, or tax identification number that should appear on the invoice

  • The approximate date of purchase

What appears on your invoice

Your purchase is contracted with EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ (UAE, licence 2204298.01), the principal operator behind UZO. That is the billing entity your invoice reflects. UZO LTD. (Saint Lucia) operates the MetaTrader 5 simulation platform, so depending on what you purchased you may also see it referenced.

The exact billing-entity details and line items shown on a formal invoice are being finalized. If your accounting or tax process requires a specific format or field, tell us in your email and we will do our best to accommodate it.

One more thing worth knowing

Your evaluation fee is refunded on your first reward payout. When that happens, ask us for the corresponding record so your books stay complete.

Records for crypto payments

If you paid with cryptocurrency, you have two records. The first is your UZO purchase confirmation, sent to your email like any other payment. The second is the on-chain transaction record created automatically by the blockchain.

That on-chain record is public and permanent. You can look it up using your wallet, your exchange history, or a blockchain explorer with the transaction hash. Together with your UZO confirmation, it gives you a full, verifiable trail of the payment. If you need a formal invoice on top of these, request one the same way as any other order.
