What is UZO's refund policy?

Whether you can get a refund, how the evaluation-fee refund on your first payout is different, and exactly how to request one.

The short answer

Whether your UZO purchase can be refunded depends on which product you bought and whether you have started trading. Refund requests are reviewed case by case by our team. To raise one, email support@uzo.com with your order details and we will tell you exactly where you stand.

Your purchase is made with EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ (UAE, licence 2204298.01), the principal operator of UZO. That is the entity that holds your order, processes payments, and handles refunds. This article explains when a refund applies, how it differs from the evaluation-fee refund you earn on your first payout, and how to request one.

When a refund applies

Refund eligibility turns on two things: the product you bought and whether you have begun trading on the account. As a general rule, an account you have not yet activated or traded on is treated differently from one where the simulation has already started. Once you place trades, you have begun using the service you paid for, and that changes what can be refunded.

The exact refund window, the conditions tied to your first trade, and how refunds are handled when you paid in crypto can vary by product and over time, so we do not publish a single fixed number here that might go stale. The current terms are confirmed in the refund policy and by our support team. When you email us, we will check your specific order against the policy in force and give you a clear, definite answer rather than a guess.

Two simple rules of thumb

Ask early, before you start trading, and your options are widest. Keep your order confirmation and the email address you bought with, because that is how we locate your purchase fastest.

How the evaluation-fee refund on first payout is different

There is a second, separate way you can get your money back, and it is not a refund at all. On your first reward payout, the evaluation fee you originally paid is refunded to you. In other words, if you pass your evaluation and earn your first payout, the cost of entry comes back to you on top of your share of the rewards.

This matters because it is the opposite of a cancellation refund. A refund unwinds a purchase you decided not to use. The evaluation-fee refund rewards you for following through, passing, and reaching a payout. One is for changing your mind, the other is for succeeding.

Refund

Evaluation-fee refund on first payout

You decide not to proceed and ask for your purchase back.

You pass, earn your first payout, and your entry fee is returned to you.

Eligibility depends on product and trading status.

Automatic on the first qualifying reward payout.

Built into the payout, no request needed.

The payoff line

Reach your first payout and your evaluation fee comes back to you, on top of your 90% share of the rewards.

How to request a refund

All refund requests go through one channel so nothing gets lost. Email support@uzo.com from the address you used to buy, and include the details below so we can act on the first reply.

  1. The email address on your UZO account.

  2. Your order or payment confirmation (number or receipt).

  3. The product you bought (for example One Step, Two Step, Instant, Instant Pro, or Instant 24h) and its size.

  4. Whether you have placed any trades on the account yet.

  5. The reason for the request, in a line or two.

The more of this you include up front, the faster we can confirm your eligibility and avoid a back-and-forth.

After you submit a request

Our team reviews your order against the current refund policy and the product you bought, then replies with a clear decision and the next step. If a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method where possible. If you paid in crypto, the handling can differ, and we will set out exactly how your case will be processed before anything is finalized.

If a refund does not apply to your situation, we will tell you plainly why, and we will point you to any alternative that does fit, such as cancelling a subscription so you are not billed again. We would rather give you a straight answer than leave you guessing.
