Where to update your name, email, password and payout details, and why accuracy matters before KYC.

The short answer

Your name, login email and password all live in your dashboard settings, and your payout method (bank or crypto) is set there too. Keep these accurate, because your identity is verified through Veriff after you pass, and your details must match your documents.

Your dashboard is the single place where you control your account. Everything that identifies you, lets you log in, and routes your rewards is managed under settings. This article walks through each part and explains why getting your name right early saves you friction later.

Updating name, email and password

Open your dashboard and go to the settings area. There you can review and edit your personal details, change the email address you use to log in, and set a new password.

  • Name and personal details: enter your legal name exactly as it appears on your government ID.

  • Login email: this is the address you sign in with and where account notifications are sent.

  • Password: change it any time from settings, and choose something long and unique.

Once you have passed an evaluation and completed identity verification, some changes to your name or email may need confirmation from our team to keep your verified identity consistent. If a field is locked or you are unsure, contact us at support@uzo.com and we will handle it.

Why your name must match your ID for KYC

UZO does not ask for identity documents to start. You can buy an evaluation and trade without uploading anything. KYC happens only after you pass, and it is run through Veriff, our verification provider.

Veriff checks the name on your account against the name on your official documents, so the two need to match. A nickname, a misspelling, or a maiden name can hold up verification and delay your first reward. Set your legal name correctly now, so that when you pass, verification is quick and your payout is not slowed down.

Setting and changing payout details

Your payout method is configured in the dashboard before you request a reward. We support two methods.

Method

What to enter

Bank

Your bank account details for a standard transfer.

Crypto

Your wallet address for the supported network.

Enter your payout details carefully. The name on your payout account should match your verified identity, and a wrong account number or wallet address can misroute funds. You can update these details in settings before you submit a payout request.

Fast, clean payouts

Payouts are approved in under an hour and clear within 12 hours, and your evaluation fee is refunded on your first reward payout. Accurate details keep that timeline on track.

Security: keeping your account safe

Your dashboard holds your identity and your payout routing, so treat it like a financial account.

  • Use a strong, unique password, and update it from settings if you ever suspect it has been exposed.

  • Keep your login email current so password resets and account alerts reach you.

  • Never share your login or payout details with anyone, including people claiming to be from UZO.

If you notice anything unusual on your account, change your password immediately and email us at support@uzo.com.

Getting help with a change

Most updates are self-service in the dashboard. If a field is locked, a change needs review after verification, or you simply want a hand, reach our team at support@uzo.com.

UZO is operated by EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ (UAE, licence 2204298.01), with UZO LTD. (Saint Lucia) operating the MetaTrader 5 simulation platform. Your details are handled by a real, licensed operation.
