The short answer
No, UZO is not a scam. We are a real, simulated ("Syn-Fi") prop trading firm: you trade against real live prices with simulated capital, and you earn real rewards. We run as two registered companies, we pay out in real money, and you can verify every part of that yourself. Here is how.
If you arrived here from a search like "UZO scam," good. Healthy skepticism is exactly the right instinct before you pay for anything in this industry. We would rather you check the facts than take our word, so this article gives you concrete, checkable proof instead of reassurance.
The checks you can run yourself
You do not have to trust us. Verify these four things independently.
What to check | How to verify it |
Our entities | We operate as two real companies: EonStrategy L.L.C-FZ (UAE, licence 2204298.01) as principal operator, and UZO LTD (Saint Lucia) as the MetaTrader 5 simulation platform operator. |
The licence | Licence number 2204298.01 is a real registration you can look up. We publish it openly rather than hide behind a brand name. |
Payouts | Rewards are real money, paid by bank transfer or crypto, with a 90% trader / 10% firm split fixed in writing for every account size. |
The prices | Your charts are driven by real third-party price feeds, the same live prices you can cross-check against any public market source. |
Because trading is simulated against those real feeds, no live capital is ever at risk during your evaluation. The prices are real, the risk to your money is not, and the rewards on the other side are.
Why our model removes the incentive to cheat you
A scam needs a reason to take your money and disappear. Our model is built the other way: we do well only when you do.
The split is fixed at 90% to you and 10% to us, at every account size, and it is written into your agreement. We are not quietly hoping you fail. A trader who passes, scales, and keeps earning is worth far more to us than any single evaluation, which is also why your evaluation fee is refunded on your first reward payout.
The line that matters
When you earn a reward, you keep 90% of it. Approvals run in under an hour and clear within 12 hours, by bank or crypto, and your evaluation fee comes back to you on that first payout.
Honesty signals: what we tell you that scams hide
Scams sell certainty. We sell a fair, simulated test, and we are direct about the odds.
We say it out loud: most evaluations do not pass. That is the honest reality of disciplined trading, and we will not pretend otherwise to sell you a plan.
We call ourselves simulated. We do not claim you are trading a live institutional account. You are trading real prices with simulated capital, and we say so plainly.
We publish our entities and licence number instead of hiding them.
KYC happens only after you pass, through Veriff, never as a hurdle to take your money first.
Red flags we do not have, and how to reach a human
The usual warning signs of a scam are guaranteed profits, hidden ownership, vague pricing, and a payout process that quietly never arrives. We do the opposite: an honest stance on the odds, named and licensed entities, a split fixed in writing, and a payout timeline we commit to in hours, not weeks.
If anything here is unclear or you want to verify a detail before you pay, write to a real person at support@uzo.com. We would rather answer a hard question now than have you wonder later.
