I can't log in to my UZO dashboard

Most dashboard lockouts come down to the wrong email or a stale browser session. Here is how to get back in.

Log in at the UZO dashboard using the exact email you purchased with. If the password is rejected, reset it from the login page (check spam for the email). If that still fails, open a private browser window or try another browser. If you are sure the email is right and still cannot get in, email support@uzo.com from that same address.

Your UZO dashboard is the account area where you manage your evaluations, view progress, and request payouts. It is separate from the trading platform itself, and most lockouts trace back to one of a few simple causes. Work through the steps below in order.

Use the email you purchased with

Your dashboard is tied to the exact email address you used at purchase. If you type a different address, or sign up fresh, you will land in a separate empty account rather than the one holding your evaluation.

  • Check your inbox for the order or welcome email from UZO and confirm which address received it.

  • Watch for small differences: a typo, an alias, or a work address used instead of a personal one.

  • Do not create a new account to get around a login problem. A new sign-up does not move your existing evaluation across.


Reset the password

If the email is correct but the password is rejected, reset it from the login page.

  1. Open the dashboard login page and choose the password reset option.

  2. Enter the email you purchased with and submit.

  3. Open the reset email and set a new password. Reset links can expire, so use the most recent one if you requested it more than once.

If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. Mail filters sometimes route it there.


Browser fixes

A stale session or an interfering browser is a frequent culprit. These quick checks clear most of them.

  • Open a private or incognito window and log in there. This bypasses cached sessions.

  • Try a different browser entirely.

  • Temporarily disable ad blockers, privacy, or script-blocking extensions, which can interfere with the login form.

  • Confirm your device clock is set correctly, since a wrong clock can break secure sessions.


Still locked out

If you have confirmed the correct email, reset the password, and tried a clean browser but still cannot get in, contact us.
