On the V1 COACH app login page, click 'Forgot Password?'
Enter your email and click 'Next.'
Check your email for a "Set Your Password" message from V1 Sports
Click 'Set Password' in the email and enter your new password
Tactical Rundown
Step 1
Open the V1 COACH app and tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen.
Step 2
Enter the email linked to your account and tap "Reset."
Step 3
Click "Done" at the top left, then check your inbox for an email from V1 Sports with the subject "Set Your Password."
This email contains a secure link to reset your password (the link expires in 90 minutes).
Check your spam folder if you don't see it after a few minutes. If you still don't receive the email, contact customersuccess@v1sports.com.
Step 4
Open the email, tap "Set Password," enter your new password, and tap "Reset Password" to confirm.
Step 5
You can now return to the V1 COACH app and log in using your new password.
