Tactical Rundown
1) My app doesn’t look like this.
V1 COACH was released as a separate product from V1 PRO, allowing coaches to use both products simultaneously. If you're currently using V1 PRO, you must visit your App Store, search for "V1 COACH," and download the app. Your login information will remain the same across both apps.
We'll release regular updates for V1 COACH, so be sure to check for updates every few weeks or turn on auto-update to ensure you always have the latest and greatest version of the app.
2) Do I have to pay extra for V1 COACH?
V1 COACH is included in your V1 PRO subscription price. Eventually, V1 COACH will replace V1 PRO mobile. If you're currently a subscriber, there will not be an additional cost for using V1 COACH unless you wish to take advantage of the additional features V1 COACH offers.
3) How do I subscribe?
Contact us at customersuccess@v1sports.com or use the in-app chat. We can quickly set you up on the best subscription for your usage needs.
4) Where are my old videos?
At this point, you will need to work with our Customer Success team to help move your videos over. We know your videos are extremely important to you, so we will customize your migration path to fit your specific needs. Please email us at customersuccess@v1sports.com to get started.
5) Who should use V1 COACH?
V1 COACH is designed for coaches who want to analyze videos using drawing tools, send voice-over lessons and videos to athletes, and communicate with athletes within the app. While V1 COACH is primarily used by golf and baseball/softball coaches, it can be utilized for coaching various sports.
It is important to note that V1 COACH is not intended for use by golfers or baseball players themselves. If you are an athlete looking for a sport-specific app, please consider our V1 GOLF or V1 BASEBALL app instead.
6) What is V1 GOLF or V1 BASEBALL?
V1 GOLF and V1 BASEBALL are the FREE companion apps your athletes should download to connect with you. These apps allow your athletes to receive videos and lessons and communicate with you.
By using the V1 GOLF or V1 BASEBALL app, your athletes benefit from safe and secure storage of their content and the ability to chat and exchange videos with you directly within the app.
Encourage your athletes to download the appropriate app (V1 GOLF or V1 BASEBALL) to enhance their training experience and facilitate seamless communication between you and them.
7) What is V1 GOLF+ or V1 BASEBALL+?
V1 GOLF+ and V1 BASEBALL+ unlock additional features and content for your athletes. While your athletes don't need to have a paid subscription to connect with you or receive lessons, videos, and chat messages, we have observed that our subscribed users tend to use the app more frequently, improve their skills faster, and view more of our content. We offer monthly and annual subscription options for different preferences and needs.

8) How do I cancel V1 COACH?
If you are using the trial version of V1 COACH, you don't need to take any action to cancel. If you are a subscriber, please contact us at customersuccess@v1sports.com for assistance canceling.
9) How do I change my email and/or password?
To change your password, please click 'Forgot Password?' and enter the email linked to your account. Click here for more info.
To change your user email, please contact us at customersuccess@v1sports.com.
10) How do I change my subscription payment information?
To change your subscription type or add additional coaches to your account, please contact us at customersuccess@v1sports.com.
11) Does V1 COACH have read receipts?
Yes! To confirm your athlete has read your chat message, look for two blue check marks. If unread, the checks will be white.
12) Can I import videos from other video hosting platforms directly into the V1 COACH app?
At this time, there is no direct integration to import videos from other video hosting or streaming platforms into the V1 COACH app. You will need to download the videos first, then import them from your device's camera roll. For more information on how to download videos from a specific platform, it's best to contact their customer support.
