Tactical Rundown
1. Settings
At the top, your Academy Name and Academy ID are displayed. This ID number may be helpful when communicating with support.
2. Profile
Here, you can view your name and email the account is registered with.
Restore Purchases: Details on how to use this feature will be provided soon.
Delete Account: If you need to delete your account or have done so accidentally, contact us immediately for assistance.
*Editing your email in the app isn't available. For changes, please contact customersuccess@v1sports.com or reach out via chat in Help & Support.
3. Terms and Conditions
Easily accessible for review, ensuring you're informed about our policies.
4. Help & Support
Offers direct access to support articles, important links, and chat communication with our team. Use this resource as often as you need to!
5. Dark Mode
Use the switch to toggle between dark and light modes for a customized viewing experience. Dark mode is the default and will improve your visibility in bright light and reduce battery draw.
6. Log Out
Sign out of the app with one click.
7. Version Number
Located in the lower right corner, this indicates the current version of the app you're using. This may be helpful to refer to if you're talking to support about a technical issue you're experiencing with the app.
