How do I connect V1CE to my CRM?

Go to your dashboard, click Integrations, and select your CRM. V1CE offers direct integrations with HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce at no extra cost. For other CRMs, use webhooks or the V1CE API.

Direct CRM integrations

HubSpot

  1. Go to Integrations in your dashboard

  2. Click HubSpot

  3. Authorise the connection with your HubSpot account

  4. Choose your sync settings

  5. New contacts captured through your V1CE card show up in HubSpot on their own

Zoho

  1. Go to Integrations in your dashboard

  2. Click Zoho

  3. Connect your Zoho account

  4. Contacts sync on their own

Salesforce

  1. Go to Integrations in your dashboard

  2. Click Salesforce

  3. Authorise the connection

  4. Choose whether contacts import as contacts or accounts

Using webhooks for other CRMs

If your CRM is not directly supported (for example, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or Monday.com), use webhooks:

  1. Go to Integrations in your dashboard

  2. Click Webhooks

  3. Enter your webhook URL (your CRM will provide this)

  4. Configure the data fields you want to send (first name, last name, email, phone, company name, any custom fields)

  5. Save and test

Every time someone fills in your Contact Capture form, the data is sent to your webhook URL in real time.

Using the API

For more advanced integrations, V1CE offers an API. Contact V1CE support for API documentation and access.

Troubleshooting

My webhook is not sending the company name. Make sure the company field is included in your webhook configuration. Check that the field mapping matches your CRM's expected format.

Contacts are not syncing to HubSpot. Check that the integration is still connected (go to Integrations and verify). Sync can take a few minutes, wait and check again. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. Clear your browser cache.

I cannot see the Integrations page. CRM integrations are a V1CE ClientCapture OS feature (or, on legacy software, the Plus or Teams plans). Check your plan under Settings > Subscription and billing.

Which CRMs are supported?

Direct integration: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce. Via webhooks: Any CRM that accepts webhooks (GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Monday.com, Close, Capsule, and more). Via API: Custom integrations.
