How do I connect V1CE to my CRM or other tools?

To connect V1CE to your CRM or other tools, go to your V1CE dashboard, click Settings > Integrations, and select your platform. V1CE connects directly with HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce at no extra cost. For other tools, use webhooks or Zapier.

Direct integrations

V1CE has direct integrations with three CRMs. To set any of them up:

HubSpot

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your V1CE dashboard

  2. Click HubSpot

  3. Authorise the connection with your HubSpot account

  4. Choose your sync settings

  5. New contacts captured through your V1CE page sync to HubSpot

Zoho

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your V1CE dashboard

  2. Click Zoho

  3. Connect your Zoho account

  4. Contacts sync from V1CE into Zoho

Salesforce

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your V1CE dashboard

  2. Click Salesforce

  3. Authorise the connection

  4. Choose whether contacts import as contacts or accounts

Using webhooks for other tools

If your CRM or tool is not directly supported (for example, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or Monday.com), use webhooks to push contact data into it:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your V1CE dashboard

  2. Click Webhooks

  3. Enter your webhook URL (your CRM will provide this)

  4. Configure the data fields you want to send: first name, last name, email, phone, company name, any custom fields

  5. Save and test

Every time someone fills in your Contact Capture form on your V1CE page, V1CE sends the data to your webhook URL in real time.

Troubleshooting

Contacts are not syncing

If contacts are not syncing from V1CE into your CRM, try these checks:

  • Check that the integration is still connected (go to Settings > Integrations and verify)

  • Sync can take a few minutes, wait and check again

  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration

  • Clear your browser cache

I cannot see the Integrations page

If you cannot see the Integrations page, you may need to be on a paid V1CE plan. Direct CRM integrations are part of V1CE ClientCapture OS. Check your subscription under Settings > Manage subscription. Pricing on v1ce.co.
