How do I activate my Smart Card?
Scan the QR code on the back of your card with your phone camera. Follow the instructions to create your account and set up your profile. Your card is ready to use in minutes.

First-time activation
Take your new V1CE Smart Card out of the packaging
Flip it over to find the QR code on the back
Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code
Tap the link that appears on your screen
Create your V1CE account (or log in if you already have one)
Fill in your details: name, title, phone, email, photo
Click Publish
Your card is now active. When someone taps it or scans the QR code, they see your profile.
Activating a card from your dashboard
If you already have a V1CE account and want to add a new card:
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Go to Devices in the left menu
Click Activate now or Add card
Scan the QR code on the back of your new card
Choose which profile to link it to
Click Save
Setting up a card for someone else
If you are a team admin setting up a card for an employee:
Log in to your Teams admin account
Make sure the team member has been invited and accepted
Go to Devices
Activate the new card
Assign it to the team member's profile
You can also give the card to the team member and let them scan the QR code themselves. They will be prompted to join your team.
My card came with an order but I cannot find it in my dashboard
If you ordered through the website, your card may need to be activated separately. Scan the QR code on the back of the card with your phone. This links it to your account.
