Does V1CE offer a discount for nonprofits or charities?
V1CE may offer a discount to registered nonprofits and charities on a case-by-case basis. There is no automatic discount applied at checkout. To request a nonprofit discount, contact V1CE support with proof of your nonprofit or charity registration and details of the order you want to place. V1CE reviews each request individually.
How to request a nonprofit or charity discount
To request a V1CE nonprofit or charity discount:
Contact V1CE support through live chat or email at hello@v1ce.co.
Share your organisation's registration number (for example, your UK Charity Commission number, US 501(c)(3) EIN, or your country's equivalent registration document).
Share what you want to order: card material, colour, quantity, and shipping destination.
V1CE reviews the request and replies with a quote that includes any discount V1CE can offer.
If you accept, V1CE sends a custom invoice with a payment link.
What counts as proof of nonprofit or charity status
V1CE accepts the following as proof of nonprofit or charity status:
UK charities: Your registered Charity Commission number, or a link to your entry on the Charity Commission register.
US nonprofits: Your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter, or your EIN with a link to a public IRS record.
EU and other countries: Your country's equivalent nonprofit or charity registration document.
An organisational website that clearly identifies you as a registered charity or nonprofit is also useful supporting context.
V1CE reviews each request individually
V1CE does not publish a standard nonprofit discount rate because the discount V1CE can offer depends on the order size, material, and other factors. Each request is reviewed individually and quoted directly. Small one-off orders may not get the same level of discount as a larger bulk order for a charity team.
Combining a nonprofit discount with a bulk team order
If your charity or nonprofit is ordering cards for a team, V1CE's bulk pricing already includes a volume discount. The nonprofit discount is considered on top of the bulk pricing, not instead of it.
