Step 1. Personalize and Send the Pre-Check in Message

I’m excited to welcome you tomorrow!

Your smart lock code will be active from 3:45 PM on [Check-in Date] until 10:15 AM on [Checkout Date]. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. If you’d like to arrive earlier, please let me know in advance.
