Valcori includes an automatic scoring system. When creating a questionnaire (RfI), you can assign weights to your open questions and multiple choice questions.

The scoring system works as follows and can always be consulted via the "report" page in your request:

Multiple choice questions:

Multiple choice answers are automatically scored based on the weight of the question and the answer score you have defined before launching the tender. In report, you can see the score for each supplier answer per question.

Open questions:

Open questions can not be score before launching the tender as the supplier has a free text field to answer in. You can score these open questions after the published their answers.

Total score:

Once you have scored all open questions per supplier, the total score will become available in the top left per supplier.
