The typical bag size is 13 gallons, but because the strength of various bags varies, the weight it can hold also varies. Each bag must be able to hold all its contents during transport, without ripping or leaking.

Oversize bags or small grocery-style bags are not recommended.

It is best to avoid over-filling bags so that each bag can be securely tied and still maintain its integrity.

All boxes must be broken down and placed behind the trash as well.

Note: If you are a resident of North Carolina, all boxes must be folded and placed inside the container.
