Valet Living Resident App Notification Preferences

Users can access their Notification Preferences from the bottom navigation menu.

Users can opt in/out of service updates as well as promotions.


Resident Notifications:

Holiday No Service/Service Interruption push notifications will be sent when applicable.

  1. Set Out Reminder: Sent two hours before collection window begins.

  2. Service Starts Soon

  3. Service Valet has arrived

  4. Last Call Pick Up: Triggered by the service valet 15 minutes before collection is completed.

  5. Collection Completed: Triggered when the service Valet takes a departure photo.
