🆕 Creating a New Organization

To create an organization in ValueViewpoint.ai:

Click on the Avatar Icon
In the upper-right corner of the screen, click your profile avatar.
Select “Organization” from the Menu
From the dropdown, click the “Organization” icon.
Access the Organization Seats Window
You’ll be taken to the Organization Seats screen, where you’ll see the “Purchase Seats” button on the right.
- From here, you can set up your organization, define its name, and begin purchasing seats.

✏️ Renaming an Existing Organization

To rename your organization:

Go to the Organization Seats screen (via the avatar menu).
Click the “Rename” button near your organization’s current name.
Type in your new organization name.
Press Enter or click “Save” to confirm the update.

✅ Your new organization name will now be reflected across the platform, including in team settings and shared projects.

Hi there! In this quick walkthrough, I’ll show you how to create a new organization or rename an existing one in the ValueViewpoint platform.

To get started, click the Avatar icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
From the dropdown menu, select “Organizations.”

The section will appear empty if you haven’t created any organizations yet.
To set one up, click the “New Organization” button.

A form will pop up.
Let’s name this “Demo Org 5” and click “Submit.”

✅ That’s it—your new organization is now created! As outlined in our guide, you’re ready to move on to the next step in the setup process.

If you want to rename an existing organization, click the “Rename” button next to its name.

For example, you might rename it “Demo Org 6” if you manage different product lines or regional sales units or want to give access to your reseller or partner teams.

Type the new name, click “Submit,” and the update is instantly saved.

Each organization you create comes with its own seat and role structure, giving you full flexibility to support multiple sales motions and business units.
