The basic workflow package in BlueDolphin provides a structured approach to define, design, and implement a scalable solution design flow.
When you create a project with the basic workflow, by default, it includes predefined phases and deliverables, making it easier to follow a systematic process. Although each phase and deliverable can be modified according to the project requirements.
It is organized into four key phases:
Value Refinement
Requirements Refinement
Solution Architecture Design
Solution Implementation
Each phase has deliverables. A deliverable is an entity in a Project phase linked to a view.
You have the option to include various phases and deliverables in the project, giving you maximum flexibility.
You can add up to 10 phases and 200 deliverables under a single project. Refer to the Add a Phase to the Project article for detailed information.
Once the phase is added, you can start adding deliverables to it. This allows greater flexibility and control over your planning process.
Refer to the Add a Deliverable to the Phase article for more information.
