An empty project workflow now supports full customization of the phases and deliverables without being constrained by a predefined structure. This offers maximum flexibility for teams to tailor their project management approach according to specific needs.

This flow has no default phases or deliverables, enabling you to define your own structure from scratch. This is helpful when you require a custom setup.

Once you create a new project with an empty workflow, you will automatically be redirected to one default phase with one deliverable created in it.

You can also see the details like the Project owner, start and end date, and project status.

You can add up to 10 phases and 200 deliverables under a single project. Refer to the Add a Phase to the Project article for detailed information.

Once the phase is added, you can start adding deliverables to it. This allows greater flexibility and control over your planning process.
Refer to the Add a Deliverable to the Phase article for more information.
