I haven't heard anything about my sale yet, what to do?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your package. This can take up to 10 working days (depending on the workload of the delivery service). Haven't heard from us after ten days? Then please contact our customer service.

After we have received your product we will test it within 24 hours. If, unexpectedly, we encounter a problem, you will hear from us within 24 hours. If you don't hear anything, everything is in order. How quickly you receive the payment depends on the sales plan you have chosen. You can find this information in the confirmation email.

If you have chosen the "fast payout" sales plan, you will be paid within 24 hours.

If you have chosen the "best price" sales plan, we will offer your product for sale on our online marketplace. We have up to 14 days to sell your product to a new owner. If we succeed before 14 days, we will pay you immediately, otherwise no later than on the 14th day after receiving your product.

Payment processing may take up to 3 days.
