You sent your package a few days ago, but haven’t received a confirmation yet.
Unfortunately, the shipping process is out of our hands. It’s handled by the courier, and delays can happen due to high volume or bad weather. You can track your package using the link we provided. The courier has up to 10 days to deliver the package to us. If you haven’t received a confirmation after 10 days, please contact us.
You received a confirmation, but no payment yet.
Once you’ve received the confirmation, we aim to test your product the same day. If that’s not possible due to a late delivery, we’ll test it within 3-4 business days. If there’s an issue, we’ll let you know within a few hours after testing. If you don’t hear from us, everything’s good, and we’ll proceed with the payment. If you chose the 'Fast Payment' option, you’ll receive your money within 3-4 business days after confirmation. If you went for 'Best Price,' the payment will be made on the 14th day after confirmation.*
*Note: Banks don’t process payments on weekends. So if we receive your product on a Friday, the money will likely appear in your account on Monday. If it takes longer, please get in touch with our customer service.
