Unfortunately, we’re (currently) unable to keep you updated on every step of the sales process, but we’re happy to explain how it works:
Once you’ve dropped off your package at a PostNL Pickup Point, the process begins! Usually, your package goes directly to our warehouse, but sometimes it makes a stop at a PostNL Collection Point. No worries—our driver picks up all the packages daily.
When your package arrives at our warehouse, we’ll scan it and send you a confirmation email right away. In most cases, we test your product the same day. If your package arrives late or there’s a weekend in between, no problem—we’ll have your device tested within 3-4 business days! If we notice anything unusual during testing, we’ll reach out to you via email. If you don’t hear from us, everything’s good, and we’ll proceed with the payment!
If you chose the 'Fast Payment' plan, the money will be in your account within 3-4 business days of the confirmation email. If you opted for the 'Best Price' plan, we’ll transfer the amount 14 business days later. For example, if we confirm receiving your device on Wednesday, January 3rd 2024, you'll receive payment by:
Fast Payment: Tuesday, January 9th 2024
Best Price: Tuesday, January 23rd 2024
