All products that are sold to us are tested in two different ways. Each product is first checked by using professional software. This software generates a test report, which we also add to the product page when we list the product for sale on our website. If the software encounters any issues (such as speakers not working optimally, touchscreen problems, etc.), these issues are also manually tested by our trained and experienced product specialists. These product specialists also assess the product's condition.

They do this based on four categories:

1. The product looks like it just came out of the box

The screen, frame, and back are like new and show no signs of use.

2. The product looks very good

The screen is in excellent condition and has no visible scratches. The frame has almost no signs of use. The back may have some very light signs of use, such as light (micro) scratches.

3. The product looks good

The screen may have some visible, light scratches or a few deep scratches that you can feel with your fingernail. The frame and/or back may have some visible signs of use, such as scratches or light dents.

4. The product looks heavily used

The screen, frame, and/or back have significant signs of use, such as deep, large scratches or dents that can be easily felt with your fingernail.

You can probably imagine that the person buying a second-hand product from us will be very critical. Therefore, our product specialists always view the product through the (critical) eyes of the buyer.

The price you receive for the product you sell to us depends on the final assessment. Therefore, it is wise to fill in the questions critically and completely truthfully when registering your product!
