Updated over a month ago

The Calendar View feature is designed to provide a clear and organized visual representation of scheduled events. This tool enhances efficiency by helping users manage workloads, track progress, and ensure smooth scheduling.

Key Features of the Calendar View

  1. Comprehensive Event Overview

    • The Calendar View in the Events tab helps you visualize your entire event schedule at a glance.

    • You can switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views to adjust your perspective.

  2. Event Status Colors

    • Events are color-coded based on their status for quick identification.

    • For example, Not Assigned events are orange, while Completed events are purple. (Learn what each status color means in this article)

  3. Drag-and-Drop Functionality

    • Easily reschedule events by dragging and dropping them between dates.

    • Adjust the event duration by hovering over the event and dragging the right side to extend or shorten it.

  4. Saved Views & Filters

    • The Calendar View supports the same saved views and filters as the List View.

    • However, events without dates will not appear in the calendar.

  5. Side Views for Better Organization

    • You can create side views in the Calendar View just as you would in the List View.

    • This allows for greater customization and easier event management.

  6. Quick Navigation with the “Today” Button

    • Instantly jump to the current day, week, or month using the “Today” button.

    • This helps you stay on track and manage daily schedules efficiently.
