Event Statuses Overview
Not Assigned (Red)
Description: Events that lack assignees and do not have set start or end dates.
Editability: Fully editable.
Assigned (Orange)
Description: Events with designated team members but without specified dates.
Editability: Editable.
Active (Green)
Description: Indicates that the event has been started.
Details: Depending on your company's settings, an event is marked as Active if it has assigned team members and today's date falls within the event's timeframe. In some configurations, events without assignees can also be Active.
Note: if you want to leave events with not enough assignees in Not Assigned status and not move it to Active - please contact support, and we can configure this setting for your company.
Editability: These events are editable, allowing for status changes as needed.
Awaiting Approval (Blue)
Description: Events that have been completed by the assignee and are pending manager approval.
Editability: Editable but can't change the status.
