Create and edit project statuses that match your team’s process.

How to Customise Project Statuses

  1. Go to Workspace Settings
    Tap the gear icon located in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

  2. In the Configuration section, navigate to the Projects menu.

You'll see four default project statuses:

  • Start (New)

  • In Progress

  • Done

  • Canceled

Creating Custom Statuses

  • You can add new custom statuses under the “In Progress” category.

  • Tap the “+Create new” button to add a new status.

  • Once added, you can:

    • Reorder statuses to fit your preferred workflow.

    • Delete any custom status no longer needed.

Editing Existing Statuses

  • Tap the Rename icon next to any status to change its label.

  • Only the name can be edited — default statuses themselves cannot be deleted.
