How to Attach a Document

You can add documents in the Events, Projects, Assets, and Clients tabs of your dashboard.

  1. Open the relevant tab or drawer (Event, Project, or Client).

  2. Go to the Docs tab.

  3. Tap the “+Add new file” button. If you want to upload the document to a specific folder, select the folder first.

  4. Select the file(s) you want to upload from your computer and tap “Open.”

Managing Documents

Once uploaded, you can manage documents easily:

  • Hover over a document to reveal three quick action icons:

    • Move – Transfer the file to another folder or section.

    • Download – Save the file to your device.

    • Delete – Permanently remove the document.

  • Edit Visibility
    You can control who sees the document by adjusting its visibility settings.

  • Tap the document to open its info menu. You’ll see:

    • File Extension

    • Upload date

    • Uploader

    • Visibility settings

There you will also be able to change the document's name by tapping it.

  • Comments
    In the bottom right corner of the document preview, tap the comment icon to view or add comments.

Viewing and Interacting with Documents

  • Preview a document by:

    • Double-tapping it in the Docs drawer, or

    • Tapping “Click to open preview.”

Inside the preview window, you can:

  • Rotate the document

  • View and add comments

  • Move, download, or delete

  • Flip through multiple documents in the current tab

Bulk Download

To download multiple documents at once:

  1. Tap the checkbox at the top to select all or select manually all necessary documents.

  2. Tap the Download button.

  3. A ZIP file containing the selected documents will be prepared, and a notification will appear once it's ready for download.
