Hidden projects

Updated this week

The Hidden Projects feature helps keep your Projects board organized by automatically hiding projects that are finished or canceled. You can still access these projects at any time, but they won’t clutter your active workflow.

How Projects Become Hidden

Currently not available in Workspace settings. Please contact our support to set this rule.

Admins can set a rule that hides a project X days after it moves into a Done or Canceled column.

  • You can choose any number of days (1 or more).

  • Once the project reaches that number of days, it is hidden automatically at 00:00 the next day.

Changing the Rule

If the number of days is updated, the change applies to all existing projects.

Example

If the rule changes from 3 days to 2 days, any project that has been in Done for 2 or more days will be hidden right away.

Viewing Hidden Projects

When at least one project is hidden, a “See older projects” button appears at the bottom of the last columns on the board.

  • Clicking it reveals all hidden projects

  • It temporarily hides ongoing projects

  • It works like a filter toggle

You can always switch back to the regular board view.

Filtering by Project Availability

The Projects page includes a Project availability filter with two options:

  • Ongoing – Shows active, visible projects

  • Hidden – Shows projects that were hidden automatically

You can select more than one option to customize what you see.
