Localization

How to set country, timezone, currency, date format, and other localization preferences.

Localization settings control how dates, times, distances, and currencies appear across your workspace. They apply to all users unless overridden in individual account settings.

Updating localization settings

  1. Go to Workspace settings via the gear icon.

  2. Click Localization.

  3. Update the settings you need and save.

Country

Sets the default country for your workspace. Used to format phone numbers correctly.

Timezone

The default timezone for new events and calendar views across the workspace.

Date format

How dates are displayed — for example, DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY.

Time format

12-hour or 24-hour clock, applied across all time displays.

Distance

Miles or kilometers (Used for any distance-related fields).

Currency

The default currency shown in pricing and invoice fields.

Individual users can override the date and time formats in their Account settings. Workspace settings apply as the default for anyone who has not set a personal preference.

FAQ

Will changing the timezone affect existing events?

Changing the workspace timezone updates the default for new events going forward. Existing events keep their original timezone unless edited individually.

Can different users have different date formats?

Yes. Individual users can set their own date and time format from their personal account settings. The workspace setting is the default for anyone who has not done this.
