Localization settings control how dates, times, distances, and currencies appear across your workspace. They apply to all users unless overridden in individual account settings.
Updating localization settings
Go to Workspace settings via the gear icon.
Click Localization.
Update the settings you need and save.
Country | Sets the default country for your workspace. Used to format phone numbers correctly. |
Timezone | The default timezone for new events and calendar views across the workspace. |
Date format | How dates are displayed — for example, DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY. |
Time format | 12-hour or 24-hour clock, applied across all time displays. |
Distance | Miles or kilometers (Used for any distance-related fields). |
Currency | The default currency shown in pricing and invoice fields. |
Individual users can override the date and time formats in their Account settings. Workspace settings apply as the default for anyone who has not set a personal preference.
