How to upload your logo and set your brand colours for the Client Portal and generated PDFs.

Custom branding applies your logo and colors to the Client Portal and PDFs for completion reports, invoices, and photo logs. It gives your clients a consistent branded experience.

Setting up your branding

  1. Go to Workspace settings via the gear icon.

  2. Click Custom branding.

  3. Upload your assets and set your primary color.

  4. Save.

What you can configure

Logo

Appears on the Client Portal and in the header of PDFs. SVG, PNG, or JPG.

Favicon

The small icon that appears in the browser tab when clients view the portal. SVG, PNG, or JPG.

Log in image

The image shown on the Client Portal login screen. Square format, 1080px or larger recommended.

Primary colour

Applied as the accent color across the Client Portal and PDFs. Enter as a HEX code (e.g. #3851FF).

FAQ

Where does my branding appear?

Your logo and primary color appear in the Client Portal and on generated PDFs for completion reports, invoices, and photo logs. It does not change the look of your internal Vantage dashboard.

What file size is recommended for the logo?

Use a high-resolution file; SVG is ideal as it scales without losing quality. If using PNG or JPG, make sure the image is at least 400px wide for clean rendering on PDFs.
