To verify your address, please submit a valid document. This document cannot be a screenshot, scanned or copied image, and must meet certain criteria to be accepted.
Some of the documents that may be accepted include:
Bank statement: We accept Proof of Address (POA) only in the form of bank statements from licensed traditional banks. Statements from neobanks, digital banks, or fintech-only platforms (e.g., Revolut, Wise, etc.) will not be accepted.
Utility bill
Official correspondence from a recognised institution (e.g., government, bank)
The document must show your full residential address (including postcode/ZIP) and your full name. It should also display the issuer’s name or logo and the date of issue.
To be accepted, the document must be dated within the last 6 months and be fully visible with nothing cut off, blurred, or edited. This helps us confirm the information is current and accurate.
If anything is unclear, our team may ask for another file or an additional document to complete verification.
