To confirm that a payment method belongs to you, we may ask for Proof of Payment. Please upload a clear photo, screenshot, or PDF of the method you used to deposit or withdraw. The document must be recent and readable.
What we accept
Bank cards (Visa/Mastercard/Prepaid)
Provide photos of the card you used:
Front: show name, first 6 digits and last 4 digits only. Please cover the middle digits and the CVV.
Back: cover the CVV; ensure the cardholder name/signature is visible if present.
OR
Provide a bank/card statement (PDF or photo) showing:
Your name, first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card
The Vegastars transaction (date, amount)
Bank Transfer
Provide a bank statement or online banking screenshot showing:
Your name and account number/IBAN (you may mask some digits)
The Vegastars transaction (date, amount, reference)
The bank name/logo and statement date
Image & file rules
Use original, unedited photos/screenshots/PDFs (masking card digits/CVV is allowed).
All four edges visible; no heavy cropping, glare, or blur.
Text must be clearly readable (issuer/bank/wallet name, dates, amounts).
One document per method is usually enough; we may request more if details are missing.
