Navigate to the Orders Page
On the dashboard, go to the "All Orders" section.
Click on the "New Order" button.
Fill in Order Details
Store: The store address.
Customer: Search and select the customer for the delivery.
Parcel Info: Choose the appropriate package size:
Small Bag (less than 1kg)
Medium Bag (less than 2.5kg)
Custom Size (for other measurements)
Delivery Type: Choose one of the following:
Normal (Store to Customer)
Return (Customer to Store)
Replacement (Send and get an item back)
Get Delivery Rates
Click the "Get Rates" button to view available delivery options.
Select a Delivery Option
Choose a preferred delivery method from the available options, such as:
Locker to locker delivery (various distances)
Standard delivery (up to 3 business days)
On-demand delivery (immediate delivery)
The cost of each delivery method is displayed.
Confirm and Place Order
Click the "Place Order" button to finalize the order.
