Answer
If a scheduled report or export didn't arrive, check:
Schedule still active? Go to Reports and confirm the scheduled report is enabled and the time is correct.
Right recipient? Verify the email address on the schedule is current. To add or remove people from a recurring footfall/sales report, edit the recipient list on that scheduled report.
Spam/junk? Automated reports sometimes land there — check and mark as safe.
One-off miss? If it simply didn't send on one day, I can re-trigger it for you — tell me the report name and date.
Sensor export (raw CSV/FTP) didn't arrive? Confirm the export job is still enabled and the FTP/email destination credentials haven't changed; a changed password at the destination is the most common cause.
Report content looks wrong rather than missing?
Dashboard / report numbers don't match the sensor? Usually a period, time-zone, or opening-hours filter, or a sensor that was offline for part of the range. Tell me the site and period and I'll check.
Excel export missing columns (e.g. Diff % or metric labels not showing)? This is a known formatting issue we're tracking — share the report and I'll log your case so it's included in the fix.
Need older/historical data that isn't appearing? Some history depends on when the sensor was first connected and your data-retention — tell me the site and date range and I'll confirm what's available.
If reports keep failing to send, I'll raise it with the team to investigate the schedule.
