Arta option types: Self Ship, Parcel, Select, Premium

When quotes load, options are grouped by type. Each type is a different service level; on-screen labels summarize them — here’s the plain-language version.

Self Ship — “You pack and drop off”

  • You prepare the parcel (or it’s already packed if you chose “already in one box”).

  • You print the label provided and drop off at the carrier or location shown.

  • Good when you’re comfortable packing yourself or want lower cost vs door pickup services.

Parcel — “Standard parcel shipping”

  • Standard parcel flow (well-known courier style).

  • The carrier usually picks up at your address unless the specific offer says otherwise.

  • Solid balance for pieces that fit a normal parcel network with suitable protection.

Select — “Specialty carrier, extra care”

  • Specialty carrier with extra handling care.

  • Pickup at your location and delivery with tracking — a step toward full premium without white-glove everything.

Premium — “Full service (white-glove)”

  • End-to-end: custom crating/protection, pickup at your location and careful delivery to the recipient.

  • Intended for fragile, large, or high-value items where professional packing and handling matter most.

How to choose

  • Compare total price and each card’s description; you can expand a type to see multiple variants at the same level.

  • If a category doesn’t appear, Unavailable options sometimes lists why (lane, size limits, etc.).

FAQ
