Follow step-by-step instructions to process an outbound order with a parent-child relationship container on the Ventory application :
Step 1 : Navigate to “Orders” > Find the Inbound order and open it
Step 2 : In this scenario - there is a Parent container with 2 child containers.
Child Container#T1 has 100 products
Child Container#T2 has 0 products
If you do not wish to adjust the stock quantity, simply Navigate to Parent Container#T1 > “Process”.
This will process all the other transactions in this order - the child containers and the products inside the containers.
If you wish to adjust the stock quantity > navigate to “product transaction” > adjust the quantity > Click on “process”
Note : In this case, containers will be processed separately.
Step 3 : Once the transaction is complete > Click on “Complete Order”
