Follow these simple step by step process to manually process an outbound order with parent-child relationship container on Ventory application:
Step 1 : Make sure you are in the right stock location > Navigate and tap on the the Outbound order on Ventory application
Step 2 : In this scenario, there are same product reference in the Parent and Child container > Tap on the transaction
a. If you process a Parent Container Transaction here, the child container and the products inside the Parent container and Child Container gets processed automatically and vice versa > Select Container > Click on Process > click on “complete"
b. If you process a Product Transaction > make adjustments to stock, Parent container or source bin if required > Click on “Process” > Complete
Note : you will need to process the Container separately if you process the Product Transactions first.
You have successfully processed an outbound order manually using a parent-child relationship container in the Ventory application.
