We built Vera with one particular goal in mind - you should be able to get to the music with one click whenever you first open Vera!

From the home page, you can simply click on one of the three music stations to begin listening to your personalized music!

On the left side, you can see the menu with all the pages you can navigate to. Don’t worry though, this menu is accessible no matter where you are in Vera.

Finally, we have the ‘Need a hand?’ button down the bottom left of the screen. Click on this icon if you ever need support, want to access our articles, or if you’d like to chat to our team if you encounter any problems.

To message the team, click on the “Send us a message” button, and find our articles in the section below. You will be able to reply to keep any ongoing conversations through your email platform, using the email address attached to your account.
