Vera categorises its songs into three different music stations - Relax, Reminisce and Energise.

Each of these three music stations contains different music that is designed to enhance a particular activity, mood or event!

In each playlist you can see the songs that have been tailored to your unique music taste and background - no two Vera playlists are the same!

Below is a picture of the player with a key overlaying important areas.

As you might imagine, press the play button to start listening to the music!

These are the other important things you can do on this page:

  1. Volume - press either the plus + or minus - buttons to increase or decrease the volume of your music respectively.

  2. Mute - press this button to mute the music

  3. Liking a song - if you like a song and want to hear it again or hear more of that artist, simply click on the heart icon!

  4. Remove - On the other hand if you don’t like a song, you can remove it from a playlist and ensure that you won’t hear it again. When you remove the song, please tell us what you disliked to help us create a better musical experience for you!

If you accidentally remove a song, you can always click the “restore” button afterwards.

Please note: you will need to refresh a playlist after removing a song to remove it from that music station entirely.

  5. Refresh - Use this button to refresh the selection of music in a specific playlist!

Refreshing a music station will keep your liked songs in that playlist, while swapping out all other songs. Each refresh in playlist-specific, so don’t be surprised when you see that your other playlists will still be the same if you switch playlists after a refresh.

You should refresh a music station after removing liked songs, changing your music preferences, or updating your account information!
