"Incorrect Email or Password" Error Message

There are a variety of reasons you could receive this error message. These include:

  • You have inputted your email or password incorrectly. Please double-check that you are using the right login details

  • You are signing into the wrong Vera product. At-home dementia caregivers use Vera, while professional carers at residential aged care sites and hospitals use VeraPro.

  • You are not on the latest version of the app. Please go to the App store for Apple devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices to download the latest version of Vera
