By using Vetano, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don’t use the platform.

Vetano is a global hiring and networking platform that lets job seekers, professionals, and creators showcase their skills through video — and connect with employers, collaborators, and clients.
Our mission is to create a more transparent, skill-based hiring and booking experience for everyone.
2. 🧒 Eligibility
To use Vetano, you must:
Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your country)
Be legally able to agree to these terms
Provide accurate, truthful account information
3. 👥 User Roles & Responsibilities
a. Talent / Job Seekers
Create a profile, upload intro video and career history
Ensure all content is accurate and professional
Apply to jobs and connect with others respectfully
b. Employers
Create company profiles and job listings
Communicate clearly and legally with talent
Follow all employment laws in your region
c. Influencers (Coming Soon)
Promote, collaborate, or take paid bookings through the platform
Provide authentic content and disclosures
d. Clients (Coming Soon)
Book trusted professionals for services or events
Follow platform safety and conduct policies
4. 🔐 Account Security
You’re responsible for:
Protecting your login credentials
All activity on your account
Reporting suspicious or unauthorized access
Vetano may suspend or terminate accounts if misuse is detected.
5. 🚫 Acceptable Use Policy
By using Vetano, you agree not to:
Upload false or misleading content
Harass or threaten other users
Impersonate someone else
Use the platform for scams, spam, or illegal purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems
Violating these rules can lead to content removal or account termination.
5a. ❌ Prohibited Jobs & Gigs
To keep Vetano safe and focused, the following categories are not allowed:
🚫 Jobs or gigs involving:
Violence or physical confrontation (e.g. MMA, bodyguards)
Spiritual/occult services (e.g. tarot, psychic readings)
Religious activities (e.g. preaching, ceremonies)
Political campaigning or promotion
Adult or suggestive content
Transportation of people or high-value goods
Prescription medication delivery
Childcare or elder care
Legal, financial, or medical services
Pet sitting or transport
MLMs, crypto schemes, or "get rich quick" offers
Any form of hate, harassment, or discrimination
Repeated or severe violations can result in permanent suspension.
6. 🪪 ID Verification
All users must verify their identity to access core features.
We use secure, third-party tools to verify government-issued IDs.
Verification helps:
Build trust between users
Reduce scams, bots, and spam
Enable access to Connections, bookings, and more
7. 💳 Fees & Payments
a. Employers
Pay only when initiating a Connection
Pricing is displayed clearly in the app
b. Talent
May pay a small annual fee to activate profile (if implemented)
May pay to connect with others when no job is posted
All payments are handled securely via the App Store or Google Play.
Refunds are granted only where legally required.
8. 🎨 Intellectual Property
All original platform content is owned by Vetano.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without permission.
You retain rights to content you upload — but give Vetano a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the platform.
9. ❌ Termination
You can delete your account at any time.
Vetano reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that:
Violates these terms
Poses a risk to others
Abuses the platform in any way
10. ⚠️ Disclaimers
Vetano is not an employer or recruiting agency
We cannot guarantee job placements or responses
Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk
11. 📉 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vetano is not liable for:
Indirect or accidental damages
Loss of income or data
Disputes between users
Events outside our control (e.g. outages)
Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid to Vetano in the past 12 months (if any).
12. 🔏 Privacy
Your use of Vetano is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We follow global standards like GDPR and CCPA to protect your data.
13. 🌍 International Use
You are responsible for complying with local laws in your country.
By using Vetano, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States or other countries for secure processing.
14. 📆 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
If changes are material, we’ll notify you via:

Email (if applicable)
Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updates.
