Once you’ve submitted your RFQ, you might want to check when you can expect a quotation and where things stand—whether it’s still pending, under review or already quoted.
So let's understand -- what happens next and how long it typically takes for our team to provide you with a quote.
⏳ RFQ Turnaround Times (TATs)
The turnaround time depends on the type of product you’ve requested. Below are the expected turnaround times (TATs) for different RFQ categories:

🔎 How to view the submitted RFQs?
Let’s take a closer look at how you can use the dashboard to track your RFQs and take the right actions at each stage.
Step 1: Simply go to Sourcing on your vFulfill account and then select Quotation Requests.
Step 2: This will take you to the RFQ Dashboard. Here, you'll see a list of all the submitted RFQs from your account.
We have made it easy for you to find the RFQs by using filters like status, product name, product ID, RFQ ID, or even the date it was submitted.
RFQ Dashboard Overview
It gives you a complete view of your RFQs. At the top, you’ll find a quick summary with key info:
✅ Total Quoted RFQs – How many RFQs have been quoted
⏳ Total Pending RFQs – RFQs that are still being reviewed
❌ Total Cancelled RFQs – Any RFQs you've canceled
🪙 RFQ Credits Remaining – Shows how many RFQs you have left for the month
This gives you a clear picture of where you stand, so you can plan ahead.
📊 How a quoted RFQ looks like?
When an RFQ is quoted by our team or re-opened by you, it will show up with key details that help you track its status.
👉 Scroll left to right to view the pricing, weight, lead times and additional remarks for different MOQ categories.
🟡 Re-Opened RFQ: You'll see an "Expected Quote Date" 📅 on the left side — this is when you can expect an updated quotation after the RFQ was re-opened.
✅ Quoted RFQ: It shows a "Valid Till" 📆 date — you can re-open the RFQ any time before this date if you need changes or updates.

📋 RFQ Status Breakdown
Each RFQ comes with a status that tells you what’s happening behind the scenes. Here’s what they mean:

⏳ Pending Approval | We are reviewing your request to confirm all required details before it moves forward. |
🛠️ In Progress | Our team is actively sourcing the product and working on getting the best quote for you. |
🔍 Compliance Review | Your RFQ is under review to check compliance—things like safety regulations, import eligibility, or if any missing details need to be sorted out. |
✅ Quoted | The quotation is ready! You can now view the pricing and other details for your product. |
🟡 Re-Opened | The RFQ was reopened by you or our team to make updates or request changes to the original quote. |
⌛ Expired | The quote validity is now expired. Please raise a new RFQ. |
❌ Unserviceable | We’re unable to fulfill this request as it stands. You can consider alternative products or contact us for further assistance. |
🚫 Cancelled | The RFQ was cancelled by you while it was still in the pending stage. |

We’ve kept things flexible so you’re always in control. Here’s all the actions that you perform with your RFQs:

❌ How to Cancel an RFQ
You can cancel an RFQ only if it’s still in the Pending stage (i.e., not yet quoted by our team). Simply, click on the Cancel button available on the RFQ card.

🔁 How to Re-Open an RFQ
You can also re-open a quoted RFQ if you need more details, clarification, or updated information — but only within its validity period.
Step 1: Click on the Re-Open button visible on the RFQ card.
Step 2: Next, Fill in the additional details you want us to check or update (e.g., higher quantity bracket, packaging info, or more variants).
📋 How to Duplicate an RFQ
If you want to raise a new RFQ for the same product without filling in all the details again - use the Duplicate button to save time and effort.
Step 1: Click the Duplicate button on the RFQ card.
Step 2: A new RFQ form will open, pre-filled with the details from the selected RFQ.
Step 3: Make any changes if needed (like quantity, remarks, etc.) and click on Submit.
✅ Use Re-open if you're still within the validity window. Use Duplicate if the RFQ is expired or you're submitting a fresh request

❓ Can I edit an RFQ after submission?
No, once submitted, RFQs cannot be edited. If the RFQ is still in Pending status, you can cancel it and raise a new one with the correct details.
❓ What does "Accept Similar Products?" mean?
If you select Yes, we’ll share the closest matching alternatives in case the exact product you requested isn’t available.
❓ What happens if I submit an incomplete RFQ?
Incomplete RFQs may get delayed. Be sure to include a product link or images, quantity ranges, desired quality level, and as many details as possible in the remarks.
❓What does RFQ Expiry mean?
Each RFQ has a validity date – that’s the deadline until which you can re-open to get updates on it.
After this date, the RFQ expires and is considered closed.
You can only Re-open the RFQ before it expires.
If it’s expired, you’ll need to raise a new one — use Duplicate to do it faster.
❓ Can I source a product from an expired RFQ?
Yes, you can still source the product if the quote works for you — just proceed with the Source Product button if it’s available.
❓What happens after I receive the quote?
📩 Once you get the quote, you can decide whether to go ahead with sourcing. If everything looks good, you can place your order directly from the dashboard.
