With hundreds of orders flowing in, it can be tough to keep track. But the Orders section in your vFulfill account comes packed with powerful tools to help you search, filter, and sort your way to clarity.
This article is your complete guide to mastering the search options, filters & sort.
1. 🔎 Search Bar – Quickly Find Any Order
You can search for orders using the search bar at the top. It supports the following fields:
vFulfill Order ID
Store Order ID
Customer Name
Customer Address
➡️ Example: Looking for a customer’s order from last week? Just type the customer’s name or city, and you’ll get matching results instantly.
2. 📅 Date Filters – Focus by Timeframe
Need to focus on a specific time window? Use the date filters to refine the orders.
➡️ Example: Want to view only the orders placed during your last campaign from 24 July 2025 to 24 August 2025? Set the range in the date filter and instantly get the list.
3. 📂 Standard Filters – Refine with Multiple Options
You can apply one or more of these filters to slice the order data:
🧩 Filter Type | 🔍 Usage |
| View only serviceable or unserviceable orders basis their addresses |
| Track tagged orders like priority or high value |
| Identify potential duplicate or repeat orders |
| Filter by COD or Prepaid or Partial COD payment method |
| Find orders for a specific product |
| Search by the name of a product as mentioned on your store |
| Filter orders based on their live status |
| Segment by cancellations reasons like address issues, etc. |
➡️ Example: To find all prepaid orders that have a cancellation reason of "Address Not Found," apply both filters together.
4. 🔐 Advanced Filters – Smarter Insights (Shaker & EarthQuaker)
Available only for Shaker & EarthQuaker partners, these filters offer deeper analytics:
🧠 Advanced Filter | 🧾 Why It Matters | 🧩 Usage |
| Identifies orders with pincode at high risk of being returned undelivered. | Use this filter to review and validate high-risk COD orders before placing them for fulfillment. |
| Detects orders with poor or incomplete addresses. | Apply this filter to flag orders that need address corrections and calling the customers to reduce RTO chances. |
➡️ Example: Want to pre-check which of today’s orders have high RTO risk? Apply the "RTO Risk" filter and sort accordingly.
5. ↕️ Sort Orders – Organize Your View
Use the Sort by dropdown to change the order in which orders appear:
Newest to Oldest
Oldest to Newest
You can sort based on:
Store Order Date (when customer placed it)
vFulfill Order Date (when placed to vFulfill)
Sorting works alongside filters so once you’ve filtered your view, you can sort it for optimal processing.
🛠️ Pro Tip: Combine Filters, Search & Sort for Precision
You don’t need to use just one tool at a time. The real power lies in combining them.
Example Workflow: Combine “COD” + “High Value” + “Open” → to pre-validate high-risk orders
Use Date Filters + Status → to check stuck orders
Filter by Tag “Do Not Fulfill” regularly to clean up queue
6. 📦 Take Bulk Actions on Orders
The Bulk Actions menu allows you to perform key tasks on multiple orders at once, saving time and effort.
⏳ Bulk Action | ⍰ What It Does |
| Use this action to bulk update:
1. Update Customer Details 2. Add Order Notes 3. Update Order Tags |
| Add a common note to multiple orders at once for consistent instructions or remarks. |
| Apply tags like “Priority,” “Verified,” or “High Value” to multiple orders for better tracking. |
| Place multiple orders to vFulfill in one go by uploading a CSV file. |
| You can bulk search orders via:
1. vFulfill Order ID 2. Store Order ID |
