As soon as the tracking number is ready, your order appears in the ๐Ÿ“ฆ Ready-to-Ship tab under the Shipments section of your dashboard.

๐Ÿ” How to Navigate the Shipments Section


โ€‹Step 1: To get started, go to the Shipments section from the main menu in your vFulfill account.

โฑ Timeline of Order Movement

  1. Orders placed before 1 PM on a working day are processed the same day.

  2. Our team starts packing your order carefully.

  3. A tracking number (AWB) is created by the evening.

  4. Your order moves to the Ready to Ship tab, waiting for LMD pickup.

  5. By late evening, the order is dispatched to the customer.

๐Ÿ“ฌ What Happens When an Order is Delivered?

Once an order is marked Delivered:

  • Real-Time Update: Your dashboard reflects the delivery status instantly.

  • COD Orders: vFulfill collects payment, and remittance is processed in the upcoming COD settlement schedule.



๐Ÿ”„ What Happens If an Order is Marked RTO?

If an order is returned to origin (RTO):

  • The package is shipped back to the vFulfill warehouse.

  • You can track its return journey in the RTO tab.

  • Once received, the item undergoes a basic quality check (QC) before being inwarded back into your inventory.

โ“ FAQs โ€“ Shipments & Orders with vFulfill

1. Can I change any details of an order once it is Ready to Ship or In-Transit?
No. Order details can only be changed before the order is placed with vFulfill.
โ€‹

2. Can I cancel an order once it is Ready to Ship or In-Transit?
No. Orders can be cancelled only before the AWB/tracking number is generated. Once the AWB is created, the order can only be marked as RTO, and applicable charges will apply.

3. My customer says the order is delivered, but the status is not updated. What should I do?
Please connect with our support team via the chat option in the bottom-right corner of your account.

4. How can I take action on NDRs in my account?

5. My order is delivered, but I have not received the COD amount. What should I do?
COD amounts are settled every Monday and Thursday, so please wait until the next settlement cycle.

7. How long does it take for an RTO order to reach the warehouse?
RTO orders typically return to the warehouse within 5โ€“7 business days, depending on the LMD partner and distance.

The expected date of delivery depends on the shipment model selected by you in your vFulfill account.
