VicPay: Vendor Dashboard & Admin

See the different functions available after onboarding to VicPay

This article gives a high-level overview of the functions available as a vendor in VicPay. You can see your bills, company profile, and payment method.

Note: Your current process for billing your customers is unchanged, please submit your bills as you have been previously.

Application Selector

  • Receivables: See submitted bills for your customer(s)

  • Admin: View and edit your company information and payment methods


Receivables - Invoices

On this page, you'll see all bills for your company with information such as invoice number, amount, due date, payment status, and remittance details.


Remittance Information

The email address of the account used to onboard to VicPay will receive a copy of all remittances.

To find a specific remittance, open a bill and click the Remittance ID.

You'll receive a copy of the remittance information.

The first section contains a detailed table of the invoices and vendors credit contained in this payment.

The second page is a summary of the remittance details.


Admin - Company Profile

This page shows information for your company. To update, click Edit to the far right.

Admin - Payment Information

This page shows your selected payment method. To update, click Edit to the far right.
