What to Do if You See an Unexpected Charge

Not sure where a charge came from? Here’s how to get answers and request a review.

If you notice an unexpected charge on your reservation, we understand how concerning that can be. Vidle Housing is committed to transparency, and we’ll work to resolve any billing concerns promptly.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Check Your Itemized Receipt:
    You can find your full invoice under “My Bookings” in your dashboard, which includes line items for rent, fees, and any host-added charges.

  2. Contact Support:
    If something still doesn’t look right, reach out to Vidle Support with:

    • A description of the unexpected charge

    • Any screenshots or payment dates you’d like us to review

  3. We’ll Investigate:
    We’ll review the charge with your host if necessary and get back to you with a clear explanation or resolution.
